DREAMTIME
Dreams can take a variety of forms:
- There are the dreams experienced during the 1/3 of your life while you are sleeping.
- There are the journeys taken with the aid of drumming.
- There are the daydreams lying in the grass or on a couch, when your intuition takes over.
To assist in understanding your dreams, write them down in a journal. It is the easiest way to remember.
Here are some steps to follow:
- Record the time, place, and date of your dream.
- Write how you felt when you awoke.
- Describe the initial words which come to mind.
- List the people (person) in your dream
- Write as many details about the dream, even if they seem incidental.
- Describe how the dream looked; i.e. was it bright or did it have a shadowy feel.
- List symbols that are important to you and what they represent; i.e. a crow foreshadows a warning.
Each dream can become an astrological moment, unique in time. It can shed light on who you are or a situation that might be obscured. A dream chart can provide information on issues that you were unaware of and provide an AHA moment!
Remember each interpretation is individualized. Symbols within a dream are representative of the person having the dream. Reading a generic description of a particular symbol might not relate to your unique life experience.
